As of 14 October 2026, Ukrainian citizens need an eTA for 8 countries and territories: Israel, Kenya, Latvia, Mexico, Mozambique, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Seychelles, and Sri Lanka.

As of 14 October 2026, Ukrainian citizens can get a visa on arrival in 35 countries and territories: Bahrain, Bangladesh, Burundi, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Comoros, Cote d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Ethiopia, Guinea-Bissau, Indonesia, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Macau, Madagascar, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Namibia, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Palau, Qatar, Rwanda, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Zimbabwe.

As of 14 October 2026, Ukrainian citizens can apply for an eVisa for 36 countries and territories: Afghanistan, Anguilla, Benin, Bhutan, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Chad, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, India, Iran, Iraq, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Malawi, Mauritania, Montserrat, Myanmar, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Sao Tome and Principe, Singapore, South Sudan, Syria, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkmenistan, Uganda, and Viet Nam.
