Saudi Arabia package visa applications are open for ordinary passport holders from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Egypt, Jordan and Mexico.

Saudi Arabia package visa access now covers seven nationalities, up from no package-based eVisa route before the pilot. Rather than applying independently, travelers must buy an approved trip package that combines the visa process with required flights and accommodation.
The route is open for applications. According to Visit Saudi, seven nationalities are currently included, up from six in a July 10, 2026 report after Pakistan appeared on the newer official list. The standard tourist eVisa eligibility list has not changed, and travelers outside these seven cannot use this package route unless another Saudi visa option applies. webook’s active booking summary shows stays of 2 to 88 days, although a lower rules section says up to 90 days. Approved visas are sent electronically by email and in the app.
It is limited to ordinary Indian passport holders, Pakistani passport holders, Bangladeshi passport holders, Indonesian passport holders, Egyptian passport holders, Jordanian passport holders and Mexican passport holders. Eligible applicants need confirmed round-trip flights and accommodation for their whole stay in a Saudi Ministry of Tourism-licensed hotel rated four stars or higher. The published minimum package spend is SAR 4,000, while the visa and health insurance fee is SAR 402.21. Group applications can include up to nine adults and five minors. Packages currently exclude travel into Makkah and Madinah.
The Saudi Tourism Authority said the initiative is intended to simplify the visitor journey, make travel more accessible, integrate visa issuance with trip bookings, strengthen collaboration with tourism providers, and support continued inbound tourism growth.
Travelers should select an approved package, enter passport details and a personal photo, pay the package and visa charges, then submit the application for government verification. Complete the booking at least 48 hours before departure and do not treat visa approval as guaranteed. The current advertised delivery time is within 24 hours, compared with a maximum of 48 hours in early launch coverage.
