As of 14 October 2026, Norwegian citizens need an eTA for 11 countries and territories: Australia, Canada, Israel, Kenya, Mozambique, New Zealand, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, United Kingdom, and United States of America.

As of 14 October 2026, Norwegian citizens can get a visa on arrival in 32 countries and territories: Bahrain, Bangladesh, Burundi, Cambodia, Comoros, Cote d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Ethiopia, Guinea-Bissau, Indonesia, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Madagascar, Malawi, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Namibia, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Palau, Qatar, Rwanda, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Syria, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe.

As of 14 October 2026, Norwegian citizens can apply for an eVisa for 27 countries and territories: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Benin, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Chad, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, India, Iran, Iraq, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Mauritania, Myanmar, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Russian Federation, South Sudan, Togo, Turkmenistan, and Uganda.

As of 14 October 2026, Norwegian citizens need a visa for 12 countries and territories: Algeria, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Eritrea, Mali, Nauru, Niger, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen.
